Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Rubuguri Gorilla Safari (“we”, “us”, “our”) and our guests. By booking a safari, you agree to be bound by these terms, designed to ensure a seamless, safe, and extraordinary luxury experience.

Bookings & Payments

A 30% deposit is required to confirm any safari package. Full payment must be completed 60 days prior to departure. For last-minute bookings (within 45 days), full payment is due at booking. Payments are processed via secure bank transfer or credit card.

Pricing Policy

All prices are quoted in USD. While we strive for accuracy, prices may be subject to change due to currency fluctuations, park fee increases, or government taxes. Any changes will be communicated before final confirmation. Rates are per person and exclude the international flight from/to your home country.

Cancellation & Refunds

• 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus 10% admin fee.
• 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund.
• Less than 30 days: No refund.
• Force majeure: Credits offered for future travel.

Travel Documents

Guests are responsible for obtaining valid passports (6+ months validity), visas, and any required vaccinations. Rubuguri Gorilla Safari provides visa assistance letters upon request.

Health & Safety

Gorilla trekking requires moderate fitness. Guests must disclose any medical conditions. We recommend travel insurance covering medical evacuation. Our guides are first-aid certified and carry emergency communication devices.

Liability Disclaimer

Rubuguri Gorilla Safari acts as an organizer. We are not liable for injuries, loss, or damages caused by third-party providers (airlines, hotels) or unforeseen natural events. Maximum liability is limited to the total booking value.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kampala, Uganda.
